I found these at Wegman’s in the Nature’s Marketplace.
They are pretty flavorless on their own so you can just use them to hold a rich sauce and they give you some semblance of pasta. When I made them, they retained a bit of a crunch but it wasn’t unpleasant. No fishy taste like you can sometimes get with Shiritaki noodles.
